Global T20 will be started exactly in the same time of BPL 5. Even though local players of Bangladesh will not be featuring in the T20 league, however the main problems will be with the foreign players. Schedule: Global T20 League will be started firm the first week of November and will be continued till December 16.
Franchises, Players and Number of Matches: Each team will play 14 to 16 matches in the first stage or in the league stage. There will be possibly 8 franchises. In total 136 players will be contracted and maximum of 4 foreign players can be kept in the squad and the contracted will be for one or two years during the players draft.
